Ok, i came up with this last night and it seems to be working well.

15 DF
13 Healing (Prot)

1. Blessed Aura
2. Sig of Devotion
3. Healing Touch
4. Orison/Whisper
5. Heal Other
6. Divine Spirit
7. Glyph of Renewal {E}
8. Rez for pve, mend ailment/hex removal for pvp

With this build and a 20% longer enchant duration, you should be having a 55% longer enchantment, making divine spirit approx. 21 seconds long, while glyph of renewal comes back every 15 secs. So, all of your spells are now 1-5 energy. Gaining 1 energy each second, you are pretty much self sufficient, also healing for 100 with sig and 100+ for 1 measly energy . Its very easy to switch to a prot build as well with more condition removals and such.
